Return Policy – Starting May 1, 2022

We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from The Pink Door!  We will be happy to accept returns within 7 days for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES ONLY.  No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

*ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!  There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items or discounted items.

You must have your receipt for any returns.  All tags must be intact, merchandise must not have been worn, and merchandise must be in saleable condition.  Swimwear returns MUST be in original condition, with the hygienic liner intact.

When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned.

*** We are NOW accepting returns from LillyPulitzer.com.  Please bring in the item(s) and any gifts with purchase you wish to return from LillyPulitzer.com with the order form sheet.  We will be happy to send it back to Lilly for you (free of charge).  Once Lilly receives your items, THEY will credit your original form of payment (see LillyPulitzer.com return policy for more details). ***

 

Return Policy for Online Customers

We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from The Pink Door!  We will be happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.  No returns will be accepted after 7 days.  You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our store.

All tags must be intact, merchandise must not have been worn, and merchandise must be in saleable condition.  Swimwear returns MUST be in original condition, with the hygienic liner intact.  We will credit your original method of payment, excluding the shipping charge(s), once the item is returned to the store.  Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is shipped.

When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned.

3. In the package, please include the receipt along with your name, address, phone number, and email address.

4. Please pack and seal the item(s) securely and include all the return information.  Your package must be returned prepaid.

5. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concern about the return policy!

Price Adjustments

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Priced item within 7 days of the purchase date. Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are not eligible for price adjustments.  Holiday specials, summer sales, and APS do not apply.
