Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from The Pink Door!  We will be happy to accept returns within 7 days of the purchase (for in-store purchases) or 7 days of receiving the merchandice.  After the 7th day, you may receive store credit.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

All tags must be intact, metchandise must have not been worn, merchandice must be in saleable condition, and you must have your receipt (but, don't worry too much, we can always check our records).  We will credit your orginal method of payment, excluding shipping charges, within 7 days.  Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is shipped.

All sale items are final!  There will be no returns or exchanges on any sale items!

We are more than happy to place a special order especially for you.  However, if you are to return or exchange the special order, store credit will only be issued.  There also will be a $12 dollar fee for the return of a special order.

1. Please follow the above instrustions when returning or exchanging an item.

2. Please list the item(s) that you are returning or exchaning or include the recepit and/or invoice.  Also, please let us know why you are returning or exchaning the item(s).

3. Include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address to help us update our records.

4. Please indicate which credit card or payment method you used.  Also include the credit card number with the experation date (we will shred this information once we make the return).  If it is an exchange for an item in a different size or color with the same price value of the orginal item, this information is not necessary.

5. Please pack and seal your item(s) securely, in the orginal package if possible, and include all the return and exchange information.  Your package must be returned prepaid.

6. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about the returns and exchange policies.
