Orders received prior to 2pm central time will be shipped out the same day.  Any order received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.  The Pink Door will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your purchase, the item(s) has shipped, or if the item(s) is sold out or on back order.

Please note: Orders will arrive within 5 to 7 business days, following credit card authorization.  UPS ground does not deliver to PO Boxes.

All orders will be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) using their Ground service.  Our rates are as followed:

- Stardard or ground shipping                     $10

- Second day air delivery                           $20

- Overnight delivery                                  $30

- Customer Pick-up                                   Free!

Our international shipping rates will vary. We do not accept orders from outside the continential United States online. If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside the continential United States area, please call us at 1-901-682-2107.
