The Pink Door’s After Party Sale

When can I shop the After Party Sale?

For online customers, the After Party Sale begins online at www.thepinkdoormemphis.com at 7:00am central time (or maybe a little before ;)) on Monday, September 9, 2019 and ends at 10:59pm central time on Wednesday, September 11, 2019.

For local customers, the store will host an After Party Sale PREVIEW PARTY on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 9:00am to 4:00pm AND Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.  We will close early on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 4:00pm to prepare for the sale!

PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT take any online orders or any phone orders on Saturday and Sunday.  Any online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday until the sale starts will be cancelled.

What are the store hours during the sale?

We will close early on Friday, September 6 at 4:00pm

Saturday, September 7 – 9:00am to 4:00pm

Sunday, September 8 – 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Monday, September 9 – CLOSED (We will be open on our website, www.thepinkdoormemphis.com)

Tuesday, September 10 – 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Regular hours will resume on Wednesday, September 11.

How should I prepare?

Make a wish list and know what you want!  Go ahead on check our available styles, sizes, and prints on our website.  Also, create an account on our website. Triple check that all your information is correct!

What is the best way to shop the sale?

Check out early!  Just because something is in your cart, it does not mean it is reserved for you.

I had an item in my tote, but it disappeared!  What happened?

Just because an item is in your tote does not mean it is reserved for you.  Also, sometimes two people checkout within seconds of each other with the same item.  And, since our inventory is the same in-store as it is online, sometimes we will sell something in the store before our website is updated.  We will notify you within 24 hours if your item is sold out.

What is the shipping fee?  How long will it take for my order to ship?

There will be a flat shipping fee – no exceptions!  But, you will have the opportunity to choose your shipping method.  During the sale, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air will not be available.  We will try to ship your order from the store in 4-5 business days.

    • We will ship via Priority Mail via USPS. It will roughly take 3-5 business days.
  • Ground Shipping
    • $14.00
    • We will ship via UPS. It will take roughly 3-5 business days.
  • Customer Pick-up
    • Free!
    • Your order will be ready for pick up AFTER you received an email that your order has been processed.
    • Please note our special store hours during the sale.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to order volume, we cannot combine any orders.  We cannot add any items to orders.  PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE CUSTOMER PICK UP IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED.

I placed an order, but I want to change it.  How can I do that?

No. Changes or amendments cannot be made to orders that have been already placed.  So, double-check your order thoroughly before you confirm your purchase.

Do you price match with Lilly’s website?

No. We have a general knowledge of their prices beforehand, so we should be pretty on the mark with Lilly’s prices (and sometimes even better)!

How does your order process work?

  • After you submit your order, you should receive a conformation email. (If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your order has not been fully submitted.)
  • After your order is processed and run, you will receive an email that says your order is complete.
  • When your order has actually been packed up and shipped out, you will receive an email from USPS or UPS with your tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes two people checkout within seconds of each other with the same item.  Also, since our inventory is the same in-store as it is online, sometimes we will sell something in the store before our website is updated.  We will notify you within 24 hours if your item is sold out.

Can I place a phone order?

Please order online.  NO PHONE ORDERS will be taken during the sale.  Because we are a small business with a small staff, we will NOT answer the phones throughout the day.  It gets a little crazy here!  So, if you have any questions or comments on your order, please EMAIL us.

What is the return policy?

All sales are FINAL SALE!
