The order total must exceed $98 prior to tax or shipping charges. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states.  Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship through the United States Post Office or UPS.

**Free shipping does not apply to Julilly, the After Party/Endless Summer Sales, and/or any other special sales.  There will be a flat $7 shipping fee.**

 

Shipping Methods

Orders will proceed and shipped the next business day.  We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order, the item(s) have shipped (along with your tracking number), or if the item(s) is sold out.  Once your order is processed, you should receive your item(s) within 2 to 10 business days.

 

Orders will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  Our shipping rates are as followed:

– Economy shipping (USPS* Priority Mail)     $7                      3-6 business days

– Standard or ground shipping (UPS)            $12                    2-5 business days

– Second-day express delivery (UPS)            $30                       2 business days

– Overnight delivery (UPS)                             $50                         1 business day

– Customer pick-up                                          Free!

 

– Signature confirmation                         $3                      **Only upon request

Please note, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

 

* If your order does not fit into the priority mailbag, then we may ship your order through UPS.

 

FYI

There will be a $14 charge to re-route your package once it has been shipped.  Shipping rates will vary for orders outside of the 48 contiguous states and international orders. Please contact us at (901) 682-2107 or pinkdoormemphis@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss shipping rates.

Important: Once the package has been delivered by the carrier, the responsibility of the package will transfer to the customer. If in doubt, we suggest purchasing signature confirmation (please email us if you would like this option).
