What are the store hours during the sale?

Tuesday, January 2 – 10:00am to 5:00pm (in-store only)

Wednesday, January 3 – ONLINE ONLY www.thepinkdoormemphis.com (closed in-store)

Thursday, January 4 – 12:00pm to 5:00pm + ONLINE

Friday, January 5 – 10:00am to 5:00pm + ONLINE

 

What is the return policy?

All sales are FINAL SALE!

 

What is the shipping fee?  How long will it take for my order to ship?

There will be a flat $10 shipping fee – no exceptions!  While we try to process and ship your order the same day, it may take up to 4-5 business days for your order to ship.  Once your package leaves The Pink Door, we do not have any control over the shipping time.  If you live local, you can select to pick up option.

 

I placed an order, but I want to change, cancel, or combine orders.  How can I do that?

No. We cannot change, amend, or cancel orders that have been already placed.  And, we cannot combine any orders.

 

Do you price match with Lilly’s website?

No. We have a general knowledge of their prices beforehand, so we should be pretty on the mark with Lilly’s prices (and sometimes even better)!

 

Can I place a phone order?

Please order online.  NO PHONE ORDERS will be taken during the sale.  Because we are a small business with a small staff, we will NOT answer the phones throughout the day.  It gets a little crazy here!  So, if you have any questions or comments on your order, please EMAIL us.

 

I have a promo/coupon code – can these be used during the sale? 

No – coupons, promo codes, and other offers are not able to be used during Sunshine Sale.
