What are the store hours during the sale?
Tuesday, January 3 – 10:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday, January 4 – 10:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday, January 5 – ONLINE ONLY www.thepinkdoormemphis.com (closed in-store)
Our store hours of 10:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday to Saturday will start on Friday, January 6.
When can I shop the Sunshine Sale?
For local customers, the store will host a Sunshine Sale EARLY ACCESS PARTY NOW!
For online customers, the Sunshine Sale begins online at www.thepinkdoormemphis.com at 12:01am-ish central time on Thursday, January 5 and ends at 10:59pm central time on Friday, January 6.
How should I prepare?
Make a wish list and know what you want! Go ahead on check our available styles, sizes, and prints on our website. Also, create an account on our website. Triple check that all your information is correct!
What is the best way to shop the sale?
Check out early! Just because something is in your cart, it does not mean it is reserved for you.
I had an item in my tote, but it disappeared! What happened?
Just because an item is in your tote does not mean it is reserved for you. Also, sometimes two people checkout within seconds of each other with the same item. And, since our inventory is the same in-store as it is online, sometimes we will sell something in the store before our website is updated. We will notify you within 24 hours if your item is sold out.
What is the shipping fee? How long will it take for my order to ship?
There will be a flat shipping fee – no exceptions! But, you will have the opportunity to choose your shipping method. During the sale, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air will not be available. We will try to ship your order from the store in 4-5 business days.
*** USPS is experiencing significant delays. Although we ship priority, please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Once your package leaves The Pink Door, we do not have any control over the shipping time. ***
- Economy Shipping
- We will ship via Priority Mail via USPS. It will roughly take 5-7 business days.
- Ground Shipping
- We will ship via UPS or FedEx. It will take roughly 3-5 business days.
- Customer Pick-up
- Your order will be ready for pick up AFTER you received an email that your order has been processed.
- Please note our special store hours during the sale.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to order volume, we cannot combine any orders. We cannot add any items to orders.
I placed an order, but I want to change it. How can I do that?
No. Changes or amendments cannot be made to orders that have been already placed. So, double-check your order thoroughly before you confirm your purchase.

Do you price match with Lilly’s website?
No. We have a general knowledge of their prices beforehand, so we should be pretty on the mark with Lilly’s prices (and sometimes even better)!
Can I place a phone order?
Please order online. NO PHONE ORDERS will be taken during the sale. Because we are a small business with a small staff, we will NOT answer the phones throughout the day. It gets a little crazy here! So, if you have any questions or comments on your order, please EMAIL us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the return policy?
All sales are FINAL SALE!
